Dolmen Press was Liam Miller’s Dublin imprint (founded 1951), known for fine-press limited editions of Yeats, Beckett, John Montague, Thomas Kinsella, and other Irish writers. The Mailer pamphlet is an outlier in the Dolmen list — possibly arranged through a Mailer–Dolmen connection that has not yet been documented in the project.
