Taschen issues an oversize abridged edition of The Fight; The Mailer Review prints 'The Collision' — Mailer's earliest surviving fiction, written at age ten in 1933 — and two more Mailer Society speeches by his children.
On 15 July, Taschen issues an oversize, abridged limited edition of The Fight (16.1). The Mailer Review prints “The Collision” (16.2) — a boys’ hockey story written in January 1933, when Mailer was ten, his earliest surviving fiction — and two more Mailer Society speeches by his children, Kate Mailer‘s “People Who Look Alike Are Alike” (16.3) and the panel “Top Ten Things I Learned from Norman Mailer” (16.4).
