Tom Luddy, the American film producer and co-founder of the Telluride Film Festival, was a producer on Mailer’s film of Tough Guys Don’t Dance (1987) for Cannon Films, and a connecting figure between Mailer and Jean-Luc Godard‘s circle. Mailer quotes and credits him across the film’s promotion (87.2, 87.28).
